Basin Electric was chosen for the award based on several factors including its commitment to recruiting and retaining young professionals, offering a competitive benefit package, job-specific training, volunteer and professional development opportunities, and supporting a healthy work-life balance.

“We are extremely honored and grateful to receive the Young Professionals Top 10 Award,” said Kayla Hieb, Basin Electric vice president of Human Resources. “Thank you to our young professionals and all of our employees who make Basin Electric an extraordinary place to work!”
