What advice do you have for job applicants?

Your resume captures everything a prospective employer wants to know. Make sure it’s perfect. When offered an interview, come prepared in every way: know the employer, carefully consider how your experience will benefit the employer, and be the potential employee you want to work alongside. 

What advice do you have for new employees in their first week at work?

Relax. There’s a lot to learn and it will take time. Pay close attention to your new mentors and remember how good it feels when the person next to you always has a positive attitude.

In a perfect world, what would you add to your workplace?

Probably a “bring your pets to work” policy.

Do I have to pick one? Flexible work hours. If I get more choices: opportunity to grow, awesome coworkers, Family Night, Basin’s Backyard Garden, community presence, etc.
